HOW TO ASK

The foundation is happy to consider support requests from community organizations serving developmentally disabled individuals or families.

To be considered for event funding, all requests must be submitted on the DSSF Event Request form including a DSSF Sample Budget form, routed and vetted through a community organization.

Guidelines

Typical Limit per each request: $100-$500
Forms must be properly filled out and routed via email to the foundation. Type written preferred or readable print.
Include information about the event and organization’ needs—it helps the foundation board in making funding
decisions. List percentage of organization’s clients served by Kern Regional Center.
